This tincture helps heal lungs and treats seasonal allergies. If you suffer from asthma or are recovering from an illness that has left your breathing labored, one does of this each day will help provide relief and help your lungs heal. This tincture is also great to take proactively during seasonal changes to help prevent or reduce allergy symptoms. I originally made this for my mother who is struggling with labored breathing as a result of long-covid.
Our tinctures use an organic vodka as the base, but dont worry — you are only taking one dropper full (so it wont get anyone intoxicated). We soak the medicinal oils for 6 weeks to help extract all their healing properties! Breathe Right + Allergy Relief Tincture has a combination of mullien and marshmallow herbs and flowers that are grown right here on Mountain Top Farm. We recommend that you start off with 1 dropper full each day and work your way up to 3 droppers if you need more symptom relief. Many people take the tincture directly by squirting it into their mouth, others prefer to dilute it in a glass of water (or juice to mask the earthy flavor).
