This tincture helps your immune system stay strong so it can fight any cold or flu you may catch this season! fThis tincture is also great to take proactively during seasonal changes to help prevent getting sick in the first place, but you can also take it when you are sick to help cut the length of your cold/flu. I originally made this for myself to keep me healthy during the school year, since as a teacher I am exposed to so many germs, colds, and flu bugs! Size: 2 ounces.
Our tinctures use an organic vodka as the base, but dont’ worry — you are only taking one dropper full (so it wont get anyone intoxicated). We soak the fresh elderberries from our property for 4 months to help extract all their healing properties and then remove the plant matter before bottling. We recommend that you start off with 1 dropper full each day as a preventative, and use 3 droppers if you are currently fighting a cold/flu. Many people take the tincture directly by squirting it into their mouth, others prefer to dilute it in a glass of water.
